“ I came into this restaurant not being a huge fan of Thai food HOWEVER, I left as a devout lover of the cuisine. The service was impeccable, the dining space was inviting and well lit, the plating was creating and intriguing, and most importantly everything tasted immaculate. I’ve been to many Michelin star restaurants but a Thai one is a first. This restaurant surely is deserving of its Michelin star it’s maintained for the past 3 years. I’d 100% recommend this restaurant. ”

The Thai jungle curry featured delicious aged beef shin and amazing textures that can only come from real authentic thai ingredients - wild garlic and pea aubergine to name a couple! “ Either it was recency bias, the pints beforehand or it genuinely was the best Thai food I've had outside of Asia. Tasting menu was full of surprises, it felt so similar and exactly what you were after, yet so different and unique. The seabass was culinary genius, presented by the chef was the lemongrass on top (?) Of course we went home with a jar of the burnt chilli sauce - which you should also do. See you again ”

We got 2 snacks, 3 starters, and 1 main between two of us and it was probably just 1 starter too many, but we were happy to take the rest home for lunch the following day. ”
